Ensure your users have uninterrupted access to Adobe products and services that they rely on every day.

What’s happening?

Schools and Sixth Form Colleges using serial numbers purchased under EEA (Education Enterprise Agreement) have until November 30th, 2018 to switch to VIP (Value Incentive Plan) to cover your devices or to issue named user licences to your student and staff members.

What do you need to?

If you are still using serial numbers for Creative Cloud, action is required by you to avoid interruption of product use. If you haven’t already, you should transition your users (staff and/or students) from serial numbers to named user licensing, now.
