15 Feb Academia at the NEUPC Conference 2019
The Higher Education team from the Academia Group has confirmed its sponsorship of the NEUPC conference this year, taking place on Tuesday the 5th March at the Weetwood Hall Conference Centre in Leeds.
The North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd (NEUPC), is one of six UK Higher Education purchasing consortia established to deliver and manage a wide range of collaborative framework agreements designed to maximise third-party expenditure within the higher education sector.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Learn, Develop, Share”, with the NEUPC inviting members to not only learn about the changing procurement environment we are all working in, but also develop understanding of more complex topics, and giving the opportunity for attendees to share experiences so they can continue to work collaboratively.
The Keynote speaker this year is The SUMO Guy – Paul McGee. One of the UK’s leading speakers about change, workplace relationships and motivation, Paul will deliver two keynote sessions at the NEUPC Conference, leaving you with practical, relevant messages that will make an immediate impact on your professional and personal life.
The conference is free to attend for NEUPC members, to secure your place please complete the online booking form here.
Daniel Hodson and Bruce Morley-Newman from the Higher Education team at Academia will be attending the conferencing and can be found at stand number 4 in the Lawnswood Breakout room opposite the teas and coffees.
The Academia message at NEUPC this year is around IT Lifecycle Management, the service that is designed to maximise the productivity and financial value of your IT assets, offering a regular and affordable technology refresh process which brings with it a range of cost savings for your organisation. We shall also be promoting our Jamf solution for Apple management at the conference, offering bespoke security and productive user experience software to the Apple device management.
